This Beautiful Estate with (5100 Sq.Ft.) sits on the edge of a large stocked pond at the center of 16 prime acres. It’s tucked into the beauty of the property, surrounded by wooded and open acreage that offers a scenic and secluded setting. Deer Ridge comfortably (Sleeps 28 total).

The Main level has wall to wall wood floors and features a new gourmet kitchen/dining combo with Island for prepping, cooking and a breakfast bar. The island, bar and counter area are all finished with granite. The kitchen offers a built in electric convection range in counter and a second built in convection range in the island. Also a 27 cu.ft. French door refrigerator, microwave and dishwasher. The kitchen is complete with coffee maker, kitchenware, pots, pans, utensils, crock pot, roaster, toaster, and much, much more . . .

The kitchen is open to an additional eating area and living room space with a wood burning fireplace, large LCD TV and dvd, plus Bluetooth stereo/cd system. Off the kitchen near the front entry is a large dining room with a beautiful dining table that seats 12. The second living room and Master suite located near entry and dining room.

The Master suite and entry living room share a Florida room with TV and seating area.

The remaining bedrooms all have TV’s. (4 Bedrooms total that Sleep 8)1-room King in Master, 1-room Futon in private den and a Queen in each of the (2) remaining bedrooms on the Main Level. Also 2 and a half bathrooms (1-in Master Suite, 1- shared by Queen bedrooms and a half bath in hall) with complete laundry room neighboring half bath.

The Lower Level is a newly finished 2100 Sq.Ft area designed and built to provide Escape Space for a few or a large group. Excellent layout for entertainment, washing up after a fun day, relaxing or retreating for the night to one of the 4 bedrooms.

The large open area has a Bluetooth stereo/cd system to enjoy. The room is set up to provide enjoyment on the pool table, poker or foosball table, as well as a gaming arcade, Xbox and board games to enjoy. Or grab a seat at the bar with refrigerator to raid, and LCD TV to watch, or relax in the TV section.

On both sides of the Large open area are (4 Large Bedrooms that Sleep 20 total)1-room with King, 1-room with Queen and twin bunk on one side and 1-room with 3-Bunks, 1-room with 4-Bunks, on the other side. With two full bathrooms to complete the lower level.

The Upper Level was converted into our 600 Sq.Ft. Theater and Karaoke Room with a 70” screen.

Area Attractions near Deer Ridge makes it a wonderful destination in Hocking Hills, located just a few miles from the Spotted Horse Ranch, and so much more. Rock House is (10 miles), Conkle’s Hollow and Cantwell Cliffs (14 miles), with Old Man’s Cave being only (18 miles). The Lodge is a short distance off of Rt. 180 and conveniently located only (4 miles) from the town of Laurelville and a quick (20 miles) from Logan at Rt. 33.

Tecumseh Outdoor Drama is a great show and story, the whole family will enjoy. Just 17mis about 25 minutes.

Kitchen, Lower Level and Theater room are all new as of April 2017 and a fresh coat on everything and upgraded flooring throughout. A complete makeover.

We want to meet all your needs including kitchen, laundry, bathroom and bedroom needs. We supply coffee, creamer, sugar, and most seasonings, as well as dishwasher, laundry, sink, detergent/soap, trash bags, including toilet paper, hand towels, bath/beach towels, wash clothes, all linens, body wash, shampoos, lotions and more during your stay.

• 100% refund if you cancel at least 14 days before check-in.
• 50% refund (minus the service fee) if you cancel at least 7 days before check-in.
• No refund if you cancel less than 7 days before check-in.

You will be responsible for any damage to the rental property caused by you or your party during your stay.
